Plant Manager Full Time

Position: Plant Manager

Location: Barrie, ON

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 Yearly

Industry: Manufacturing / Plant Manager / Operations / Tooling

Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing operations activities in the plant
• Monitors quality and ensures suppliers are meeting company quality standards
• Development and install standard manufacturing practices
• Establish, approve, and monitor manufacturing budgets
• Ensure compliance to all applicable OHSA, ESA and other provincial regulatory laws and company safety policies
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years related experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment
• Supervisory and staff development experience
• Tooling & Fabrication experience an asset
• Lean management blackbelt designation a definite asset
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
