Job: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Belleville, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible to provide leadership and collaboration on the development of new product formulations across all product categories, responsible for all R&D and to evaluate and improve manufacturing methods including through the use of continuous improvement techniques to raise plant performance, Develop and implement manufacturing solutions for new product launches , among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years  related manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience in rubber manufacturing environment  an asset
• Ability to read product drawings/ blueprints correctly
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
