Position: Sales Manager- Food and Grocery
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Salary: $60,000 per year + Commission
Status: Permanent Full-Time

Summary: This position will be accountable for the management and development of the Company’s grocery, independent stores, natural channel business, sales reps, brokers, and retail accounts Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with CEO developing a business plan and sales strategy for a specific regional market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and objectives.
- Develop new sales and maintain follow-ups providing all necessary information to potential buyers in Canada
- Maintain sales with existing and new business acquired.
- Develop annual customer plan to achieve annual volume, profit and share targets with specific retailers.
- Leverage category and shoppers’ insights data to develop high performing sales and merchandising initiatives.
- Accelerate sales through partnerships and strategic agreements with key regional accounts.
- Increase penetration and expansion of new and existing corporate accounts; create customer awareness of the full value of company’s products.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline preferred, or other job-related or equivalent business experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales of Grocery and Retail segment
- Experience in managing a Sales team.
- Demonstrated ability working with key software applications, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic, fact-based annual business plans and develop creative solutions to challenges.
- Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills.
