Position: Regional Sales Manager – West USA

Location: West USA (Remote Position)

Compensation: $120,000 per year + Commissions

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales to identify and pursue new business channels (agency reps, specifiers, architects)
  • Regularly visit with Sales Agency’s within regional territory to develop new and existing accounts, educate specifiers
  • about products and find business opportunities
  • Maintain all aspects of account relationships with our partners
  • Manage, organize, and present product presentations to key businesses
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Respond to customers and co-workers promptly to maintain service excellence
  • Establish and maintain current agent and potential client relationships
  • Identify and resolve client concerns with the team
  • Prepare a variety of sales reports, including activity, closings, follow up and adhere to targets
  • Communicate new products and service opportunities with agents and team
  • Coordinate with inside sales staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
  • Develop and implement special sales activities
  • Participate in sales meetings and marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
  • Project quotes – assist in providing quotes, verifying part number accuracy, and providing
  • completed quote to both internal and external customers
  • Working directly with national accounts to develop bill of materials, suggest products and increase the opportunity to provide additional products



  • 3 -5+ years of successful and related sales experience
  • University or College Degree, with a focus on sales/marketing, an asset
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating and delivering presentations
  • Customer service oriented; Excellent account management and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated project coordination skills; well organized, attentive to details
  • Goal-oriented, process-driven thinker with exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both as an individual and in a team environment
  • Proven track record of personal responsibility and accountability
