Job: Project Manager / Estimator

Our client, a leader in the construction and maintenance industry in the Sarnia, ON area, is currently seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join their team.   The ideal candidate will be responsible for projects mainly located in the Hamilton & St. Catharine’s, ON area and will be responsible for project management on site, estimating duties, general day-to-day operation duties, among other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education or Training in Engineering or Trades
• 5+ years project management experience
• Ability to estimate project costs and manage construction projects
• Experience in Residential and Commercial construction projects
• Able to report to company head office in the Sarnia, ON area as needed
• Able to travel to multiple project sites
• Proven ability to lead skilled trades team

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000+ per year dependent upon experience
