Roles & Responsibilit.0ies:

  • Planning and organization: Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; breaks down work into the process steps; anticipates and adjusts for problems
  • Responsible for establishing a timeline for delivering new products across multiple channels and brands.
  • Own creating and managing a detailed project plan complete with dependencies, owners, deadlines and duration.
  • Drive issues to resolution through partnerships and creative problem solving; use rigorous logic and method to solve difficult problems with effective solution.
  • Build partnerships both internally and with vendors to establish a plan for delivering new products. Responsible for understanding and evaluating the end-to-end process and making recommendations on how it can be improved.
  • Responsible for keeping key partners up-to-date on the progress of projects, risks and issues in a timely manner, and driving the team to completion of deliverables.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline preferred
  • 5+ year’s project management experience building out comprehensive timelines within a retail/consumer goods product sector
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – prioritization, planning and task delegation
  • Follow Through & Multi-Tasking: Uses time effectively and efficiently, concentrates efforts on high priorities; able to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner with good communication to task owners; strong follow through on getting others to complete tasks in a team oriented manner
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
  • Strong verbal/written communication; Professional interactions with internal customers in person and over email and phone; Clear and concise communication with suppliers with vendors.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment
