Job: Production Supervisor – Afternoons

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a Production Supervisor  to join their team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible to plan and schedule work effectively with a production team in a fast paced environment, set Production standards for various process, motivate and coach employees, ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance, meet among other tasks as required. This is a full-time/permanent position on a Afternoon shift.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years related supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in the aluminum industry/ sheet metal manufacturing an asset
• Proven experience as Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Able to report to a straight afternoon shift
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Pay Rate: $25 – $35 per hour + OT
