Job: Production Planner/Scheduler

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is currently looking for a Production Planner/Scheduler in Burlington, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible to create and develop the weekly production forecast, establish detailed production plans and confirm material and resource availability, support new product introduction including material availability and production planning, work closely with production and customer service teams to plan, schedule and communicate status of customer requirements among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post Secondary Materials Management Diploma and/or APIC’s CPIM certificate
• 3-5 Years related production planning experience
• Experience in an industrial/machining environment an asset
• Customer and Project management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

Salary: $50,000- $55,000 per year
