Job: Maintenance Supervisor – Nights

Our client, a leading automotive supplier in Markham, is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic team.  Main responsibilities include: supervising hourly skilled trades staff; overseeing daily maintenance activities and working with production to ensure goals are met, ensure equipment is operating at peak performance, Analyze downtime; root cause analysis of repetitive repairs, among other duties as assigned.  This is  a full-time / permanent position on a straight  Night Shift.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in a technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years Supervisory experience within a highly automated environment
• Strong background in PLC / Controls programming and pneumatics
• Experience with developing and implementing PM programs
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Able to work weekend shift

Salary:  $70,000 – $75,000 per year
