Job: Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Windsor, ON.  Reporting on a rotating shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance department, direct work flow to prioritize maintenance tasks, coach and train personnel, among other duties assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Valid Trade License an asset
• 5+ years related maintenance supervisor experience, preferably in the Automotive industry
• Previous experience in a stamping environment an asset
• Flexible to work a 3 SHIFT Rotation
• Excellent communication Skills, both verbal and written

Salary: $55,000+  per year (plus OT)
