Job: Maintenance Manager

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and consumer goods industry, is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Vaughan, ON The ideal candidate will be provide coaching and support to the maintenance team, works with Production teams to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, support implementation the OSH action plan, develop and maintain a healthy and safe work environment for all employees, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education
• 5-7 years of experience working in a supervisory or management capacity
• Experience leading and maintaining preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SAP and maintenance management software
• Experience in a unionized environment an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
