Job: Estimator – Civil Construction

Position: Estimator

Location: Concord, ON

Salary: $55,000 – $85,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Industry: Construction / Estimator  / Civil Projects /

Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Estimating multiple projects with values ranging from $100,000 to $20,000,000
• Lead pursuits and review project estimates with management
• Prepare and maintain bid packages and tender documents
• Contact subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely bid submissions and accurate quotations
• Among other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-Secondary Education in construction estimation, engineering or other relevant field.
• 5+ years estimator experience in construction
• Civil construction experience
• Experience with sewers and watermains, hard and soft landscaping, roads and concrete work
• Ability to travel to work sites
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
