Position: Engineering Manager
Location: Woodbridge, ON
Salary: $80,000 per year

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for evolving, promoting, and managing the standardization methodologies of the day-to-day engineering activities
- Oversee engineering record management
- Development and improvement of all information and workflow systems related to the engineering functions
- Supervise, coach, and identify training needs of all individuals working in the engineering department
- Lead/facilitate/support inter-departmental communication and collaboration as appropriate
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
- Post-Secondary Education in Engineering
- 2-5 years related experience
- Experience in building effective workflows through the definition, evolution, and measurement of systems
- Proven project management skills; well organized, attentive to details
- Experience in the field of LED fixture design and manufacturing an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
