Job: Engineering Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the Brantford, ON area, is currently seeking an Engineering Manager  to join their team. The successful candidate, will be responsible to lead the Engineering and Maintenance team, oversee and manage the troubleshooting and installation of electrical systems/machinery, oversee and manage project production efforts to ensure projects are completed, assist with projects within the company as assigned, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time / permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years related maintenance and engineering experience in high-speed environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of maintenance and engineering in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Experience developing and implementing PM programs
• Possess strong leadership skills, with proven ability to lead technical and skilled trades personnel
• Oversee and guide mechanical and electrical engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
