Job: Director of Operations

Our client, a leader in the brewery industry, is currently seeking a Director of Operations to join their team in the Hawkesbury, ON area. The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead  culture that strives for world-class production, ensure employees are working in a safe and productive environment, drive continuous improvement initiatives across operation, ensure all equipment is maintained to OEM standards, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education
• 5+ years related experience in a senior leadership, preferably  a HACCP environment
• Previous experience in the brewery industry
• Distillation experience an asset
• Experience developing new products
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
