Job: Die Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is currently seeking a Die Maintenance Technician to join their team in Brantford, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible to perform all die maintenance operations as instructed, ensure compliance of tool/die maintenance schedule, collaborate with other departments to maintain the ISO quality systems,  among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time / permanent position reporting to days and afternoon rotating shift, and then might move to a STRAIGHT NIGHT SHIFT in the upcoming months.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years related maintenance experience
• Stamping/Press & Die Experience
• Able to accommodate a monthly days and afternoon rotating shift, and a straight night shift
• Knowledge and experience with 5S & Kaizen systems preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Rate: $21 per hour
