Job: Controller / Finance Manager

Our client, a leader in the food industry is currently seeking a Controller / Finance Manager to join their team in the Brantford, area. The ideal candidate will be will oversee the finance, accounting, and selected administrative operations of the company, manage, supervise & mentor of accounting department staff reconciliation & internal reporting activities, financial reporting, and management information, establish systems and metrics to measure progress towards achievement of outcomes, among others as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting
• 5 – 7 years related controller / finance managerial experience
• CPA designation or equivalent experience an asset
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing preferred
• Proficient with QuickBooks & QuickBooks Online accounting software
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
