Job: Commercial Real Estate Lawyer

Our client, a leading legal firm with a broad practice base in Toronto, ON is currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join their team.  The successful candidate will be involved in structuring and completing complex real estate and land development transactions on behalf of our commercial and real estate clients.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Degree in Law
• 5+ years experience, preferably in a private practice
• General Corporate/Commercial experience and/or experience in Wills and Estates would be considered an asset
• Previous experience in different matters in real estate
• Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written)
