Job: Quality Supervisor

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is currently seeking a Quality Supervisor in Brantford, ON.  The ideal candidate will be responsible will be responsible for developing, supporting, maintaining, and improving the Company’s Quality Assurance Program and initiatives, training and development of Quality Control Leaders and Inspectors, Complete PFMEA, APQP, and PPAP activities, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time / permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
• 3-5 years related quality experience, preferably in an automotive environment
• CMM Programming experience
• Experience in a quality management environment with a technical background and understanding or hands-on experience in product, or process development ideal
• Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and APQP
• Attention to detail in all areas of work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
