Job: Production Manager

Our client, a leader in the food industry is currently seeking a Production Manager to join their team in the Leamington, ON area. The ideal candidate will be will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities, resolve worker concerns, monitor and assess employee performance, coordinate with production supervisors activities between different teams, among others as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education
• 5-7 years related managerial experience
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing
• Knowledge of local and federal regulations in term with product line
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
