Our client, a growing supplier of industrial solutions, is currently seeking a Marketing / Administrative Assistant in Toronto, ON (Highway 401 & Highway 400 area). This is a full-time / permanent position.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and administrative initiatives leading to helping the company’s overall success.  General responsibilities include (but not limited to): 

 

  • Social Media engagement (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.)
  • Web content creation
  • Develop and implement product and services promotions and advertising
  • General office administration and clerical duties
  • Accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Address customer and client needs and questions

 

Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years relevant sales/marketing/administrative experience
  • Previous experience in Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and web content management
  • Basic Accounting knowledge highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

 

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year
