Job: Afternoon Production Supervisor – Glass

Our client, a leader in the high-rise construction industry, is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Woodbridge, ON The ideal candidate will be responsible to Supervise production team on a shift basis, establish and update production schedule, participate in setting, communicating and achieving department goals and objectives, Participate and support continuous improvement teams in own or other areas to enhance plant results, among other duties as assigned.  This is a full-time, permanent position on an Afternoon shift.

Qualifications:

•  Post-Secondary Education an asset
• Previous glass fabrication experience is essential
• Ability to coach and lead work teams to achieve performance, quality and daily goals
• Able to report to a straight afternoon shift
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Compensation: $60,000 per year + OT
